25 years of progress
CTcon started as a spin-off from the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Vallendar near Koblenz in 1992. WHU stands for Wissenschaftliche Hochschule für Unternehmensführung (a private institution for higher education and research in business administration) – a point of departure which marks our professional vision. CTcon’s blend of knowledge, experience and forward-facing open-mindedness has been the basis for our 25-year (and counting) company history.
As a consultancy serving international clients, primarily in the areas of corporate management and controlling, we have offices in Düsseldorf, Bonn, Frankfurt and Munich. From here we apply our cross-industry expertise in international projects for large enterprises and influential public organisations. Half of the companies listed on the DAX30 are clients of ours.

At CTcon your work is international and cross-sectoral. Over half of our clients are listed on the DAX30 – market leaders in automotive, chemicals, energy, trade, IT, logistics, engineering, the public sector, pharma, telecommunications, transport and insurance.
In the context of your corporate management and controlling projects, you will mainly be consulting to top management. Your counterparts are CEOs, CFOs and decision makers from HR, marketing, production and sales. Most projects – both nationally and internationally – rely on English as their language of communication.
